Pleading For Eternity

The pierced soul laments to the shuttered heart and traumatized mind. Of what value is eternity on earth to a poor man? Of what value is eternity on earth to a wealthy man?

I just witnessed a five-year-old child being laid to rest and availed of her tombstone two hours later. How fast right? The death of the child not only was heartbreaking but it made me start to contemplate. What is it that I want in my life? Did she deserve to die at the age of five? If she passed on at the age of five and I have seen decades, is it not just to think my time is near? I do not believe in life after death, I view it to be a populist philosophy to amuse and calm the thoughts of fearing death. Can I sell my soul to live for eternity?

What is it I want in my life? I want a life that has no duration. I want to live for eternity on Earth without aging. Please, GOD, grant me this. If you cannot dear GOD, who can I seek to have this desire of my heart, soul and mind fulfilled? If a five-year-old child can pass on, what is saving me from facing the same fate? Knowing clearly and thoroughly that I have had more time and experience than the deceased. Who deserved to die? The five-year-old or me?

Well, I do not deserve to die. I deserve to have eternal life in this world and on earth. Am I saying she deserved to die at the age of five? Well, I believe her death was for a purpose. To trigger a thought for me. To think of what you and I can do to live for eternity in this world.

If you are to have eternal life can you handle the challenges of life? The experience you will gain over the centuries can be used in the next century to make the lives of people better or yours alone?

Why should we plead for eternal life on Earth? Well, there is no life below the earth once you are buried. Do you believe you will have a better life once you rise from the dead? We are all equal in the afterlife, thus what some believe. What is life without competition and inequality? Is the afterlife worth it then? It would be a blessing to be on earth for eternity. Is it better to be on earth for eternity? Time on earth will not come to an end. You will. Could it not be better to plead for eternity just like time?

Please, GOD, let me live for eternity and forever young. Look at what the fear of death can propel. It can trigger thoughts.

If the deceased five-year-old could have lived up to my age, it could have been an eternity for her. For me, it truly brings no satisfaction knowing that my life is coming to an end anytime. Hence I am seeking for eternity. Is it failure to be content? No, it is not. It is the desire to have more to live and fighting an inevitable fear. Fear of death.

My minds ask me a rhetorical question. Come to think of it, it’s not a question but an inevitable truth it is telling me, “So you are going to die." It continues, “You are going to leave this life to be buried in the dirt for nothing." It concludes, “When? You do not know? Is it today or tomorrow? Next month? Five seconds from the next minute? Your last birthday could have been your last. What if there are no happy new year celebrations for you?”

“GOD gives me today my eternity on earth as you do our daily bread" I have seen Priests, Popes and Rabbis pass on and be concealed to the grave. If it were possible they would have pulled a couple of strings to get half a century more to live. If they could do a ritual to live for eternity, could they have not done it? In all honesty, they would not relinquish their highly esteemed positions for death. If they could receive a deal from their enemies to remain on Earth forever. Would they have refused?

Do the poor deserve eternal life on Earth? Of what value will they be to themselves if they cannot enjoy life on earth? When they don’t have the money, resources nor ideas to sustain themselves. Of what value will they be if they do not have ideas that can be used to reform the world or the earth they will live on? Are wealth and critical ideas a passport to grant those who can or cannot gain eternal life on earth?

Our Father who art heaven. You said that nothing is impossible. Please make it possible for me to have the gift of eternity on earth. I do not want to be a victim of death. To lose all I have and I am to gain for nothing but a grave.

Oh Devil, no oh dear Lucifer. As much as you are painted evil and the guillotine of life. I would give you my soul to live for eternity on earth. To hold on to what I have and to gain more.

Allah, Buddha, Spiritual Ancestors, and Yahweh grant me eternity. If I do not gain eternity I am the same as the five-year-old we just buried.

Is this me still pleading for eternity or being desperate for life? If I am desperate to hold on to my life do I deserve it then?

Reincarnation if possible could be the way to go. The only problem is that my religious doctrine does not believe in it. Should I fear death knowing that there is a solution?

Why am I wishing for eternity? Well, my life is on the path to greater financial and social success. I am contemplating constructing better and more critical ideas for the future. I enjoy the media and the pleasures of this world. I am the catalyst for the upper middle class. Life is great than good. Not problematic but challenging yet not terrible. For such is life. If I had a shot at eternity would I hold myself back from ceasing it? Well, everybody dies is a term I am not willing to accept. It is true but I cannot deny it as much as I wish. For the poor, eternal life is an aspect they should not wish to have. True?

Passing on in your sleep. What a horrible way to die. They say it's a peaceful death, how ironic. It has become harder for me to sleep at night or during the day. Death takes place at any time regardless of the event or time at hand. I could sleep more comfortably at night after being guaranteed eternal life in this world I live in. Good people slept the previous night and never woke up. Bad people did too. The conclusion remains the same. I do not want to have either of their experiences of death.

Do not grant me life after death. Reassure me the life I have now on earth to be for eternity. Do you want to die? When the time is right, you would like to die I guess. Was five years of life enough time to certify death? Death is there for eternity and I want to live for eternity. How is death there for eternity? Life will always be there for eternity. I am pleading for eternity so that Hades and death let me live. Live for what?

Jews and Christians! If death was GOD’s doing, then death and Hades would not be thrown into hell. They would be going to paradise or heaven, right? He who loves and saves his life will lose it. So are we to love death over eternal life on Earth.

The memories I have heard, am I to let them all pass away? I need to rest in peace by having eternity. Rest In Peace or have your soul resting for eternity on Earth?

    There is life after death,after death it is heaven or hell.If you believe in Jesus you go to heaven if you do not you go to hell.If you still do not believe it you will know the truth the day you die.
