Injustice Of Crime

Murder is not the problem nor a crime, prostitution is not a problem. The problem is the context of what is being called a problem. The real crime is the element fueling the crime that has to be dealt with.

In a war, murder is justified in the umbrella term that it's a war and killings happen. So the context or the reason for the justification of a murder or a killing here is because it's a war. So murder under this context is justified, it's not wrong at all. Let us take another view of murder and how it is not justified. An armed robber, Michael kills Ashley who then becomes a victim. Michael takes wealthy belongings from Ashley to sustain himself. The police and the detectives do their job, they find Michael and arrest him. His prosecuted for the crime he committed but thus is total injustice and completely wrong. The criminal justice system has prosecuted the wrong perpetrator. The so-called murderer, Michael is not a murderer just a victim of the causes of crime and murder.

The cause of the crime or the context of the problem should be prosecuted not the victim of the crime. Michael is the victim of the crime and Ashley is caught up in collateral damage. Who should the Criminal Justice System prosecute? The cause of the crime and the context of the problem should have been prosecuted.

What led Michael to steal, to murder, and what made him a victim of crime? The causes of crime made him a victim of crime. Michael was an educated man with all highly esteemed qualifications but the on the ground he was unemployed. Unemployment is the context of the crime, the context of the problem, and the reason behind it. The monster of unemployment victimized Michael aided by a dysfunctional social system with its norms. Having those in power gain more resources to build up the future of their tribes, leads to the monster of unemployment preying on Michael and as Michael is victimized Ashley becomes a collateral damage victim.

Has much as the norms or beliefs say do not steal, kill, or other stereotypical norms they are all used to pacify and control victims like Michael. Those who suffer at the hands of hypocrites who drive these norms into the masses, then go and do the complete opposite. Politicians steal, they are liars, and the preachers pacify the people to accept a status quo or set of norms that oppress them. All Michael did was rise above these norms, see the other side of the truth, and ouster himself from a matrix of elitist lies. Michael is not the context of the problem or the crime those in power are the context of the problem and should be prosecuted by the Criminal Justice System, not the victims like Michael.

Well, society and its norms are so oppressive to the extent that those that commit " all of the crimes" are in charge of the Criminal Justice System and those that don't commit the crimes are victims of it. Unemployment is a crime, unemployment is the problem, and people like Michael are the victims. Unemployment should be prosecuted not Michael who got out of a matrix controlled by those leading or creating the context of the problem and the crime. If justice was to be served Michael was not guilty just a victim of crime.

The oldest profession in the world is prostitution others say it's journalism. Well if it's prostitution, then the oldest profession in the world is a crime. Societies distaste prostitution, its oppressive norms reduce the right to freedom and liberalism to those who want to indulge in prostitution. The right of free will. What these norms, morals, or so-called " holy beliefs" forget to ask themselves is why is it happening and how these " holy belief norms" solve the problem. Well, they can't.

There are no jobs, poor social welfare, false or dim hopes and better days being promised to come by these norms or beliefs. Well one can't wait for the knight in shining armor to come whilst the beast is chewing the first half of the body, you have to fight back or find other sustainable means to survive and live.

Well when a woman indulges in prostitution, a man becomes a male stripper or finds other " immoral " ways to live or survive then the oppressive society deems you an outcast.

Why, because the immorality you are being stated to present is a reflection of how society is dysfunctional and resources are utterly or grossly mishandled. The crime or problem is not prostitution, well rather the false hope promised to come when you're drowning and those who are your saviors are too caught up to locate the position you're drowning to death from. What a disgusting and complicated situation.

Those in the power of resources, abuse the resources, they abuse the people through gross management of resources, you abuse yourself personally and when you do abuse yourself those in charge of the resources that they have mishandled prosecute you for it. Is Karl Marx's socialism the answer? NO!

What a disgusting set of norms within society. The chain link of the context of the problem begins with the victimizer at the top for any immoral activity is a reflection of a dysfunctional society which is run badly at the top and that should be prosecuted by the Criminal Justice System if there are any that hold the power, virtue, morals or principles to fix the crimes they're building.

No, no one makes an oppressive system to oppress themselves but they create it to oppress the people for exploitation. When people rebel against this oppression it becomes a crime.

Am I saying that when a person murders as long as they hold a valid reason for the murder they should not be prosecuted? A woman murders to get money to send his child to school, they shouldn't be

prosecuted. The woman was murdered because the current status quo is not in her favor and hence had to support herself. The problem has been put out, the status quo's dysfunctional, norms that tell you what is wrong yet they delight in serving themselves in such wrongs. In the words of Napoleon Bonaparte " Religion is what is keeping the poor from murdering the rich"

Having a dysfunctional status quo, self-hypocritical norms that hold individuals back from achieving what they have to, and when you take extra measures to embark on what you ought to achieve the context to the problem or a crime reassert in one's face. The context of the problem involves, norms that are full of hypocrisy, an iron-fisted status quo, and religion that's chaining you in shackles and controlling you without whatever pure proof of its existence.

When your religion fails you, hence you come to see how the norms, and status quo are the context of the problem and you are a victim misinterpreted as a victimizer.

People who sell drugs should not be penalized neither should those who abuse the drugs. They are just a reflection of the context of the problem of a dysfunctional society.

To conclude, the problem is not murder, prostitution or any vile crime for these are results and reflections of a context or a reason behind what an oppressive society calls crimes or problems.
